Spring Roll

Ingredients:
Spring Roll Sheets(available in grocery store)
Mixed Vegetables(chopped,long and thin)-1 cup
(carrot,beans,cabbage,capsicum,peas)
Onion-1
Gingergarlic Paste-1 tsp
Soya Sauce-1 tsp
Green Chilly-2 nos
Pepper-to taste
Salt-to taste
Oil-2 tsp




Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till it turns to golden brown.
2.Add gingergarlic paste and fry for 1-2 min.
3.Add the vegetables and green chillies,sprinkle some water and close the lid until soft.
4.Add Soya Sauce and mix it for a min.
5.Next add salt and pepper.
6.Take a spring roll sheet.Put this veg stuff inside the sheet and roll it.
7.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it.


Sending this recipe and Maida Buiscuits to Deep Fried Snacks.
