Cabbage Cocunut Poriyal

Ingredients:
Cabbage-1 cup
Mustard Seeds-1/2 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Redchilly-1
Curry Leaves-few
Coriander Leaves-few
Cocunut-2 tsp
Salt
oil


Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
2.Add urad dal.When its colour changes,add redchilly,curry leaves,cabbage and salt.
3.Cook till the cabbage is soft.Add cocunut and saute for a min.
4.Garnish with coriander leaves.
