Carrot Poriyal

Ingredients:
Carrot(peeled & grated)-2
Mustard Seeds-1/2 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Green Chilly-1
Cocunut-2 tsp
Salt
oil


Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
2.When it splutters,add urad dal and fry till it turns to light brown.
3.Add green chilly,carrot and salt.Stir it well and cook till the carrot is soft.
4.Add cocunut and stir it again.Remove from stove.
