Egg Poriyal

Ingredients:
Egg-2
Onion-1 medium
Cumin Seeds-1/4 tsp(optional)
Pepper Powder-as per taste(optional)
Redchilly Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves-few
Cilantro-few
Salt
Oil


Method:
1.Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan.Add cumin,curry leaves,onion and saute till it turns to light brown.
2.Add salt,turmeric,redchilly and coriander powders.Saute well.
3.Sprinkle some water and close the lid for 2 mins.
4.Add egg and sprinkle little bit of pepper powder.close the lid.
5.Once the egg is half boiled on the upper side,try to turn it without breaking(don't worry if it breaks:))
6.Cook till the egg is fully boiled.Garnish with cilantro.  


Serve hot with any rice.Goes well with rasam sadam.
